Love working with Eitan and his team lead. Excellent and timely communication in all aspects from start to end. The workers consitently show up on time and kept the working environment clean to keep dust to be minimum. Though, when working with adding new ceilings and retexture the walls, small sand dusts are every where despite the best effort to cover as much as possible.

Also importantly, the original quote for labor and materials were kept as close as what was agreed despite a few modifications with the original plan along the way and the team was able to accommodate. Eitan helped me pick up cabinets at the show room, and physically pickup a few appliances at local Home Depot and Lowes that I couldn’t have them deliver to my home. He was able to save me some money using his contractor’s discount to purchase a few small materials.

I got lots of bids for my kitchen remodeling project, Eitan’s bid is not the lowest, but overall, I’m extremely glad that I didn’t decide on just the cost alone. Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome and definitely recommend Build The Bay lead by Eitan to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.

We had our hallway bathroom remodeled by Eitan and team near the end of 2020. I had gotten quotes from 5-6 companies. He wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive but we decided on him right away because he came across as knowledgeable, professional, and running a tight ship. We were working with a tight deadline and I felt confident that Eitan would deliver.

We had a WhatsApp group to discuss and Eitan was always very responsive. He provided us a list of recommended places to shop and also met us at the shop to provide guidance on picking out finishes and fixtures. A porta-potty was delivered before work started. His team, Flavio and Manny, showed up promptly every morning at 8 AM to work, wearing masks the whole time. They were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves everyday, and were such a pleasure to work with. Their work was beautiful, with impeccable attention to detail. We could tell that they took pride in their work!

Of course, with remodeling there were some unexpected hiccups here and there, but what was important was how quickly Eitan worked to resolve them! And in the end, his team actually finished 1 day ahead of what he promised.

Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent…Very willing to work within timing that we preffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didn’t seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!

Our neighbor had work completed by Build the Bay and recommended them to us. Eitan and his team did an outstanding job renovating our master bath. Eitan met with us a few times before the project was awarded and made suggestions that helped us with the design. We challenged the team with a number of new materials and design approaches and they took them on with interest and contributed with multiple design suggestions. Build the Bay Inc. remodeled my master bathroom. Installing a new soaking tub, expanding my walk-in shower to include rain shower and hand held faucets. New vanity top, tiling of walls, floors. Installing new sinks, faucets, vanity lights, mirrors, painting, new plumbing and electrical as needed to accommodate new LED ceiling lights and TOTO biday toilet.

Build the Bay Inc. gave me a competitive bid vs the 4 I met with. Eitan was very honest and communicated well with me during the project in person, via phone, text and e-mail as needed. His crew was very professional and did quality work. Due to Covid 19, I did have some deliver delays on materials which was not Build the Bay Inc.’s fault. They met all the deliverables and work on time despite the delay by one supplier. They installed a new soaking tub, expanded my walk -in rain shower, tiling, vanity, sinks , LED lighting, new plumbing and electrical as needed, installed vanity lights, mirrors, new drywall and paining as needed. Due to COVID 19, there was some supplier delays but Build the Bay kept to their timelines and quality of service. I had very good direct, text and e-mail communication with Eitan during this project. One bidding contractor gave an estimate and said permits not required but that is not the case if you ever want to sell your home and to ensure you have the work documented. That contractor cut corners and was a much higher bid. Build the Bay and Eitan were very honest and had a high level of integrity in their input and bid which I very much appreciated.

Went very well. Due to COVID 19, some suppliers were delayed in delivering required fixtures which delayed project weeks but in terms of Build the Bay, they did demo, fit tub, installed tiling, new shower and fixtures added once completed. It delayed project from 5 weeks to about 7 but not the fault of Build the Bay Inc. Build the Bay Inc. was very competitive in price, recommended some suppliers to shop materials from. Eitan was very good at communicating via phone, text and e-mail and his team was very professional, courteous, on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome of my remodeled master bath.

Eitan and his team were fantastic. Eitan was extremely communicative throughout the whole job. I never had to prompt him for updates. His prices were fair and there were no unexpected changes. His team was courteous and respectful of the space (given we have folks working and learning from home). The job was completed in less than the timeframe estimated and the work is outstanding. I will hire Eitan again for any future projects.

My project involved an aggressive facelift of our second bathroom. Eitan knew my priority was to not have the bathroom out of use indefinitely and I was not disappointed. Eitan and his team did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the cost I anticipated. Eitan kept me updated all along the way. From start to finish Eitan was excellent. We were recommended to Eitan from one of my coworkers. We approached Eitan on our remodel 8 months prior to even getting bids. He came out and reviewed our first draft of plans and gave recommendations and advice. 8 months later when we were picking our builder Eitan and team were the most impressive builder and Eitan’s expertise in kitchen design were the added plus. Once the project was kicked off communication and timely replies were so helpful. This was our first ever remodeling experience so we didn’t know completely what to expect once things started. Any questions we had Eitan responded and kept us updated on timing, next steps and what to expect. Everyone on the team was friendly and amazing to our family. Our project was on the longer end. It was roughly a 7 month remodel from start to finish. There is always going to be unexpected things in a remodel but Eitan explained so we understood the why and how. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will be looking to engage his team for our guest bathroom remodel next year. Highly recommend!

We interviewed 3 companies for our kitchen remodeling job. We had bad experience with our last bathroom remodel after going with the lowest bid that was also the lowest quality. This time Eitan from Build the bay came in as the lowest offer, but we decided to go with him for 2 main reasons. He is the owner of the company and not a sales guy like the others that we met with. Eitan also provides free design and a lot of explanations and very good advices about kitchens. After we designed the kitchen, Eitan recommended a few showrooms and joined us to make sure we get the right price and service. The remodel itself was pretty smooth.
